FERNKLOOF GOLF LODGES

Precinct 3 and 4 are currently undeveloped portions of land reserved for the construction of sectional title golf lodges.” Precinct 3 comprises 6 units and all have golf course frontage. They are situated west of the clubhouse and are immediately opposite the Eastcliff shopping centre. Precinct 4 has 9 units most of which have golf course frontage. They are east of the clubhouse and have the golf club carpark at their rear border.

- Units are 250 square meters in size facing the 18th or 27th fairways.
